About Us
ConsultCIH Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Chartered Institute of Housing – the professional body for people working in housing. Formerly known as RDHS Limited, ConsultCIH was established on 2 January 2007 and consists of a team of people who offer a wide range of skills, having worked both ‘on the ground’ and at a strategic level in local government and housing associations.
The ConsultCIH team understands the political context, funding arrangements and the issues around bringing various parties together to undertake effective research, to undertake thorough option development and appraisal and then to develop action plans to deliver ‘on the ground’ improvement.
