Steve Partridge, who joined ConsultCIH in 2009, is a qualified accountant and a leading expert in housing finance. He is a regular speaker at national conferences and events.
He has directed business planning, option appraisal, investment and value for money projects for a range of clients, including local authorities, ALMOs, housing associations and national agencies. Steve played a full role in the review which led to proposals for a radical overhaul of the Housing Revenue Account.
