Director Janet Hale is a career housing professional who is qualified in housing and personnel management.
She has worked for housing organisations at senior level, including councils, co-operatives and care and support groups.
A former housing lecturer, she has also undertaken
various organisational reviews for ConsultCIH, together
with resident involvement and customer strategy work.
She is a fellow of the CIH and was president in 06/07.
