Richard Medley, Director, is a qualified surveyor and CIH member.
He handles a wide range of commissions and is particularly known for his work with local authorities and RSLs on the physical assessment of neighbourhoods and stock.
His experience covers mergers and service quality reviews and he has carried out innovative projects with co-operatives and ALMOs, including resident consultation activity.
