Richard Clark, who joined ConsultCIH as executive chair in 2008, has a career in housing and regeneration spanning local authorities, a new town, the Housing Corporation and major social housing group.
He is particularly known for his work in creating
sustainable neighbourhoods using social cohesion
policies. He was Chair of the NHF from ‘03 to ‘06 and
was awarded the OBE for housing services.
He is a CIH member.
